Why Cosyne?

Frankly, I’m fed up and have been for a while.

Since November 2016 to be honest. I am tired of seeing gigs (including the biggest job in our country) go to mediocre white men while exceptionally talented and qualified women are dismissed.

Cosyne was born from the imperative to join forces and share our stories.

I want my child to have access to better opportunities than I did. I’m just so damn tired of the notion that we’re already equal. We are far from it. There’s more work to do.

Cosyne embodies the creative spirit of both muse and creator alike.

Inspired by the mother of the nine muses, Mnemosyne, the goddess of memory, we seek to document the powerful, dimensional, inspiring stories of female, femme, trans, and non-binary people. When we approach our work with an intersectional lens, we rise together.

In the coming months we are launching a founding membership for our growing community.

Together, we’ll share resources, events, inspiration and more. By early 2020 we’ll launch our reimagined creative agency model. Nimble, without the traditional agency bullshit, designed to support all of our endeavors, creators and clients alike.
